The federal raids on dispensaries are reaching police-state proportions. It is time for California’s Attorney General to tell the Drug Enforcement Administration and their Washington D.C. cronies to stay out of California. The threat of taking property from owners who rent to pot stores is not to be accepted in this state.

We, the people of the State of California, have decided that the use of pot for sick people, with a prescription from a doctor, is acceptable. We, the people, trump the DEA and whatever it may think.
