Artistically Decorated, Publicly Placed Instruments Come Out on 1st Thursday, Run Thru New Noise

Pianos on State will once again feature artistically decorated pianos occupying various corners of downtown Santa Barbara this year to coincide with the New Noise Santa Barbara music festival and conference. The pianos emerge on 1st Thursday and will be out for spontaneous creativity until November 12.
