SWEET CAROLINE: The Santa Barbara Independent’s extended family grew again on October 27, when Caroline Walker Moreno was born to advertising client representative Cynthia Walker, a native of Brazil who has been working at the newspaper since September 2005. Born at an impressive 21 inches tall and solid 8 pounds and 13 ounces, Caroline has been growing at home with momma for the past couple of weeks, and we hope to see her in the office some day soon. Welcome to the world!
