Katy Perry Honored by Dream Foundation

Goleta-raised pop star Katy Perry and British dancing celebrity Nigel Lythgoe were honored at the Dream Foundation’s 11th annual Celebration of Dreams Gala, which was held on Friday night at the Bacara Resort and also welcomed such celebrities as Jane Lynch, Randy Jackson, Jennifer Tilly, Cat Cora, Giancarlo Esposito, and Adam Shankman. The Dream Foundation fulfills dreams for adults facing terminal illness and their families, and it expects to do so for 2,500 dreams in 2012, adding to the 15,000 granted dreams since the organization was founded in 1994.
