Scarlett Begonia Snout-to-Tail Beef Dinner

Chef Joel Huff’s Snout-to-Tail Beef Dinner Saturday night at Scarlett Begonia

Scarlett Begonia has rapidly become an S.B. foodie darling, and, in the build-up to much-anticipated regular dinner service (coming soon), Chef Joel Huff has delighted the palates of discerning diners with his series of Snout to Tail dinners. While the concept has built-in appeal for adventurous eaters — and conservationists — the food will appeal to anyone. This installment, Huff tackles beef, with three wine-paired courses that’ll traverse the world of bovine products, from pastrami and carpaccio to shepherd’s pie with oxtail and beef cheek to steak frites. See what he can do Friday, October 26. Scarlett Begonia. Seatings from 6-8 p.m. $75. Call 770-2143.
