Former mortician Gregory Calderon was sentenced Friday to 270 days in county jail and five years of felony probation after pleading no contest to 18 felony counts of financial elder abuse and one count of felony grand theft. The charges came after the state revoked his license and he didn’t return money to clients kept in their funeral home accounts. He will have to pay restitution totaling $58,379 to the 19 victims.
