From 9:00 to 11:00 on the 30th permaculture instructor Drew Wolter of SBCC is providing hands-on learning in sustainable composting and planting practices. Participant activities include building a raised bed and reviewing key concepts introduced in previous permaculture class sessions.

A summer’s end “Indian Summer” cooking class is offered by a third Trinity Gardens committee member, Linda Vogel. Recipes featured are sweet potato spread, deep dish summer vegetable cobbler, ratatouille, cucumber feta salad and upside-down pear chocolate cake.
