New Heart

It was March 2012 that Mr. Cheney “received” a new heart, actually a transplant – perhaps from a liberal, honest Democrat, so let’s not be too critical just yet of the new Cheney, now that he has a better heart. I didn’t check the cost of the transformation but I suspect Medicare helped, for he was 71 years old. How many Ryan Medicare vouchers would that have been?
