Santa Barbara’ll build you a pier —

On Miramar Beach, for your floating Xanadu

Five stories and all — we’d do it for you!

260 feet no problema draft

We’d scrape the bottom fore to aft.

What a sight! Floating Palace —

And you can use Miramar refuse for ballast.

Hey, c’mon Rick, give us a chance —

With all the glam and finance —

The Miramar afloat — Just think, what a sight!
