Pedestrian Killed By Train Near Padaro Lane

A pedestrian was hit and killed by a train Tuesday evening near Padaro Lane, authorities said. Paramedics responded to the scene at around 9:30 p.m. as train traffic was halted, and the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department continues to investigate the incident.
