Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital Auxiliary Announces 2013 Officers and Directors

The theme of the event, “A Recipe for Success” was described by outgoing president Tresha Sell as “One pinch of kindness, one teaspoon of ideas, one cup of leadership, one pound of goodwill, one gallon of teamwork; then combine all and stir with love. Since success is always better when shared, pass it around!”

The 2013 SYVCH Auxiliary Board of Directors and officers are Barbara Davidge (President), Kathy Erb (President-Elect), Pat Foxen (Recording Secretary), Nancy Garvin (Corresponding Secretary), Sharon Lewis (Treasurer), Tresha Sell (Director and Past President), and Directors Phyllis Cunningham , Sonnie Lindquist and Barbara Breza. Founded in 1962, the Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital Auxiliary is an all-volunteer organization providing more than 18,000 service hours annually to the facility. The Auxiliary operates the “New to You” Thrift Shop at 1689 Oak Street in Solvang, and its volunteer members sponsor and participate in numerous fundraising events supporting the hospital’s mission.
