ERIN GO BRAGH: Come one, come all, and join The Santa Barbara Independent‘s St. Paddy’s Day Stroll down State Street Sunday, March 17. Bagpipers from the Pipe and Drum Corps will lead the procession, which begins in The Indy parking lot and ends at the Wildcat bar. Gather at 4:30 p.m. at our offices at 122 West Figueroa Street. The Stroll begins at 5 p.m. Sláinte.
