Farm to Bar

Some of my favorite bands are from this town. From Abloom to Ugly Kid Joe and every Toad, Snot and Ona in between, Santa Barbara has always inspired a passion for the arts. With Good Land Organic’s delicious passionfruit, I submit this drink as my ode to the passionate artist. Cheers!

Take the seeds and fruit from half of a passionfruit add half an ounce lime juice half an ounce simple syrup 2 ounces vanilla bean in fused vodka. Add ice and shake till it’s frosty. Garnish with Lemon Thyme. Serves one.
