The District Attorney’s Office has charged area resident Jose Diaz with three felonies after he allegedly hit and killed a motorcyclist on Highway 154 then fled the scene. Authorities say Diaz was drunk at the time and failed to yield to oncoming traffic when he attempted to turn left onto Highway 246. Joseph Corcoran was traveling southbound on Highway 154 when he was hit. Jose, and all those like him, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, whatever, will never learn. They never do.
He will serve his time, find Jesus, come out, all will be absolved then the cycle begins all over again: Drink, drive, destroy.
Drunks like this aren't put on Earth to learn anything other than what type of alcohol tastes better & gets you messed up quicker.
This type of flunkie has the HIGHEST recidivism rate of all the other flunkies and with that said, they'll do it again... and again... and again.

Wow, amazed that you didn't attribute this to his ethnicity. I really thought you would bring up a fact that most DUI's are committed by Mexicans or illegals or something along those lines. Maybe I had you all wrong.
