The county supervisors are literally trying to make it rain, as they approved the 2013-14 cloud-seeding program with hopes that Twitchell Reservoir in San Luis Obispo County and Lake Cachuma will collect some much-needed water. Cloud seeding, which the county has used since 1982, involves injecting raindrop-promoting silver iodide into the clouds. This year’s program will cost $307,375 and be carried out from November through June.

Might want to review our prior history with cloud seeding which ended I believe at the same time we had that massive Sycamore Canyon flood wiping out the trailer parks off Milpas, closed down the freeway for days turning it into a lake, and led to the loss of at least one' man's life when he was swept from his own home downstream in the flash flood unleashed by that storm.

Connection? Maybe as good as the one between fracking and earthquakes.

I thought there was no such thing as chemtrails, lol..

The government loves them some weather manipulation. I remember before the Tea Fire I think they were chemtrailing up the skies just to our north and then a rocket went off at Vandenburg, reports of arrant rocket hitting the foothills, and then bam we have a huge fire.. Next day 100+ degree temps in SB while Ventura was 75 degrees and Lompoc was only 61 degrees!! LA was also unusually hot and there were some wildfires there as well.

It ALSO happened to be RIGHT BEFORE a special election where Prop 1A and 1B were being voted on and the Governor asked everybody to vote for the measures due to the wildfires. Hmmmm.

All coincidences, because our government would never hurt us.
