The Santa Barbara School of Squash 501(c)(3) is delighted to announce that it has hired Robert Graham as its new Executive Director.

SBSOS is an urban youth enrichment program combining academic tutoring, squash instruction, and mentoring in order to increase the opportunities and resources available to low income youth in our city.


SBSOS is an urban youth enrichment program combining academic tutoring, squash instruction, and mentoring in order to increase the opportunities and resources available to low income youth in our city. By exposing these children to squash and other educational experiences, SBSOS aims to help each child realize his or her academic and personal potential.

Robert was an existing board member of SBSOS, and was a founding member back in 2005 while working as Santa Barbara Athletic Club’s Racquet Sports Director. He subsequently became SBAC’s General Manager in 2009 before leaving in 2012 to pursue a career as a financial advisor. He is now back working in area that he is passionate about and looking forward to the challenge of leading SBSOS to the next level. Debbie Brown has been SBSOSED for 4 years and will still be instrumental in the program going forward as their full time Program Director. Robert and Debbie will be working very closely together to ensure this wonderful program serving our local low income children continues to grow and flourish!
