Adriana Guerrero, a woman named in last year’s gang roundup dubbed “Operation Falling Dawn,” was scheduled to be sentenced in April for charges of harboring a man (now her husband) who was wanted for an alleged gang-related robbery. But just before the hearing, Guerrero requested a change in counsel and her new attorney, Los Angeles attorney Jaime Segall-Gutierrez, plans to file a motion to withdraw her no contest plea, which he must do 10 days before her next hearing on July 7.
