Mondo’s Blonde Ale, which is named after the newbie-friendly wave south of La Conchita, is one such example: crisp and sessionable in the American cream ale style, yet malty, unfiltered, and tweaked with a bit of corn.

The 22-ouncer, which can be found at most grocery and liquor stores in town, goes down way too easy, perfect with sandy beaches, sunny barbecues, or spicy tacos.
