Goleta Beach Report Lauded

County officials and the consultant group that conducted the environmental review of Goleta Beach’s 1,200-foot rock wall were recently lauded by state leaders for the thorough study that found the rocks would best protect the park. The commission will likely decide on a final plan at its May meeting in Santa Barbara.
