Homeless Survey Numbers Released


Early results show that the approximately 600 volunteers for last week’s biennial homeless survey contacted 1,030 people across Santa Barbara County; of those, 766 granted interviews. Final numbers and data will be released in the coming weeks. In 2011, 1,143 homeless people were interviewed; in 2013, 1,111 were.
