Steve Martin’s Montecito Estate For Sale

Just as Dennis Miller unloaded one of his Montecito homes for $11.5 million, comedian and actor Steve Martin has listed his Montecito estate for $11 million. The 7,377-square-foot, four-bedroom house at the end of a long, winding driveway sits on 5.86 acres in the foothills overlooking the ocean. It was designed by Roland E. Coate, Jr. with a brutalist, concrete-heavy approach. The grounds include a pool, detached guesthouse, and a three-car garage. Martin reportedly owned the home for 10 years and has been quietly trying to sell a few of his other properties as well.
