New Office of Emergency Management Director Hired


Robert Troy, who formerly managed an emergency operations department for the City of Chicago, was hired as the new Deputy Director of Santa Barbara County’s Office of Emergency Management, where he will oversee daily operations. In Chicago, Troy worked with city, state, and federal offices. Before that, he oversaw investigations into officer-related shootings for the Chicago Police Department.
