Check Fraud Suspect Sought

Police are on the lookout for a man who tried to cash an altered check at a bank on upper State Street last Monday. A photo from the surveillance footage shows the man, who has tattoos on both arms, and Santa Barbara Police request the public’s help in identifying the man. Please call Det.
