Do You See What I See?

I want someone to gape aghast at the monster development across Hollister from the Camino Real Marketplace, and the massive new UCSB housing structures on Storke Road, and the huge Hideaway development across Hollister from the Sandpiper Golf Course, and the Storke/Hollister location of the latest hotel-of-the-month, and the looming Deckers building on Hollister at Los Carneros (to name a few thousand new commercial and residential water users). And then I want them to tell me where the water I am being forced to “conserve” is being “stored!”
