Adoptable Pet of the Week

Gary is a little guy who weighs only 6 lbs. He’s 10 years young and super sweet. Gary is very kid friendly and gets along great with all dogs. Gary is currently in a foster home with a DAWG volunteer. According to his foster family, Gary is one of the easiest and sweetest little dogs they have ever fostered. He has been cat and bunny tested and he passed with flying colors! Gary is very social, engaging, curious, affectionate, quiet and has wonderful house manners. He has a special trick where he loves to burrow under the blankets! Gary enjoys taking walks, sun bathing and his favorite yoga pose is downward dog. He is always ready to sit on your lap and keep you company while watching TV. He’s a happy little guy who loves everyone and is in the search for his forever home! If you are interested in this wonderful boy please call Dog Adoption & Welfare Group at (805) 681-0561 or e-mail us at to learn more on how you can adopt!

DAWG (Dog Adoption and Welfare Group) is a no-kill, not for profit dog rescue/adoption organization located at 5480 Overpass Road in Goleta. For more information or to view more adoptable dogs, visit: DAWG

All of the dogs at DAWG have been spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, are current on their shots, and have flea/tick/mosquito protection. We ask for a minimum adoption donation of $250 for young dogs (under three years), $150 for adult dogs, and $125 for seniors (dogs 8 years old and over).
