The first meeting takes place Tuesday, March 29, 6 p.m. at the Carpinteria Library, 5141 Carpinteria Avenue. The second will be held Wednesday, March 30, 6 p.m., at Goleta Valley Community Center, 5679 Hollister Avenue. Other meetings will occur in Isla Vista, Santa Barbara, and Goleta.
