Vote no on Measures E and F (I.V.’s CSD). We can’t afford to pay more taxes!
E and F could raise more taxes anytime they want. They increase police presence and authority and creates a police cadet system. They duplicate services that already exist.
Seven directors: five elected, two appointed — that’s not democracy. The community services director could make a salary as much as $162,000 a year!
