Biden Stops By to Visit Oprah


Former vice president Joe Biden stopped in town the morning of May 18 to sit down for an interview with Oprah Winfrey at the Canary Hotel, but he avoided Santa Barbara reporters’ questions. Later that day, however, he told a hedge fund conference in Las Vegas that he, not Hillary Clinton, was the great candidate in 2016. Biden also said he probably wouldn’t run in 2020.
