Benefits of Free Transit

We all lose when our public transit buses and trains are not used to their maximum capacity. This underuse results in the growing problem of increased traffic congestion for our region.

An intelligent solution to this problem is to make using buses and trains free of charge. The savings from reduced freeway construction costs and lost productivity due to freeway traffic congestion resulting from public transportation use would be a benefit to our entire region.
