Chris Ecklund, MA, CSCS, USAW is the President/CEO and Performance Director for Prevail Conditioning Performance Center in Santa Barbara, CA. Chris trains youth to elite level athletes as well and fitness enthusiasts. He has been in the industry for 15 years as a personal trainer and fitness director, secondary educator developing and implementing new curriculum, and strength and conditioning coach in both the private industry and collegiate levels. Chris is an adjunct faculty at Westmont College and University of California Santa Barbara and speaks and writes nationally as a fitness and performance expert.
