The Independent's Road to West Beach 2009

From now through Friday, July 31, you can vote for your favorite Santa Barbara band or music artist online at here. The top three vote getters from each region of the county (Isla Vista/Goleta/North County, Santa Barbara, and Carpinteria/Ojai) will then face off in one of three live semi-finals showcases during the weekend of August 21. Semi-finals winners will be selected by audience vote, and one band or artists from each region will then move on to play our finals showcase on De la Guerra Plaza on Thursday, September 3. From there, one lucky winner will score a set on this year's West Beach Music Festival Main Stage, to be performed on Saturday, September 19.
