Retigin, Carlos Ortiz, 60 of Santa Barbara, died at Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on September 11, 2008. Visitation and Rosary Service was held on Sunday, September 14, 2:00-6:00 P.M., at Garcia Mortuary in Oxnard, 629 S. "A" Street. Interment will take place in Santa Teresa, Guerrero, Mexico. Arrangements by Pueblo del Rey Funeral Services (805) 895-8409.
