My condolences to Phil's family. He was a great and loving man. After taking care of someone for so long, they become your family. Everyone who walks into my Mom's Board & Care is very much a part of our family as was Phil. Everytime I picked up my children from my parents house and asked them what they did that day, they responded, "We went to Phil's house." My Mother took my children with her to the Board & Care while I was at work and Phil was always so friendly to children. He loved them as they were his own. Phil loved everyone. He will be missed.
