VEGA, Jose Raðl; of Santa Barbara; died September 23, 2009, the victim of a fatal wrong way accident on Highway 101; he was 49. Visitation held at First Christian Church, 1915 Chapala Street, Monday, September 28, 1:30-6:30 p.m., with a Christian Service held at 6:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass was held at St. Raphael's Catholic Church in Goleta, 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, September 29. Arrangements entrusted to Pueblo del Rey Funeral Services 895-8409.
