SEA TIGER: Named for the dark stripes that run down its body, the tiger shark is a solitary and nocturnal hunter that feeds on fish, crustaceans, seals, and sometimes smaller sharks. They can reach lengths of 14 feet and weigh in at 1,400 pounds.
