EVERYDAY OBJECTS: Photographer Raul Corrales’s “Fishing Nets/La atarraya” (circa 1950) captures a lone fisherman from the village of Cojimar, Cuba, flinging a white net, its light fabric floating improbably far into the air. This is just one of the 47 works created since the 1930s by artists living and working in Latin American countries being shown in the SBMA exhibit Looking In, Looking Out.
