The baseball field was bordered by overgrown train tracks, which used to service a booming lumber industry. Today, one surprising industry has made inroads in an otherwise depressed economy: a fish-parts processing plant. The towering silos adjacent to the ball field store pellets made of fish parts, which will ultimately be converted into animal and pet feed.
