Perhaps most newsworthy, however, was the federal government’s prosecution of the newspaper for violating labor laws — that even brought to the stand owner Wendy McCaw, pictured above left, with attorney Barry A. Cappello (center) and boyfriend Arthur von Wiesenberger. If you missed it, don’t worry — there seems to be plenty more in store for 2008.
