Independent Discussion Guidelines

This is a calamity. Maybe it's time for UCSB and SB County to figure out ways to bring IV under much closer scrutiny, both by law enforcement and by social services. As it is, IV is a lawless, bizarre anomaly. I lived there once, 50 years ago. It was nuts then and it is nuts now.
