GOING STRONG: Santa Barbara High School’s boys’ soccer team won Friday’s home play-off against Redondo Union 1-0. The Dons’ Ignacio Rendon (#25) exulted after he flung himself horizontally and slammed the ball inside the back post for the winning score. The Dons advance to the second round of the CIF play-offs.
