The Santa Barbara Brewing Company (BrewCo) has become a vibrant and valued part of the Santa Barbara community. Our reputation for remarkable beer and savory food has been the foundation for our success. And it all began with the hard work and ambitious dreams of three partners, and a receptive city to appreciate their efforts. Recently, we won a Gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado.
The founders shared a simple notion back in 1995 - the desire to build a great place for great beer. Their commitment to remain 'faithful to the craft' helped BrewCo to quickly become a trusted mainstay of the Santa Barbara community. All thanks to one simple truth? we simply serve the freshest, best beer around.
For an absolutely clean, fresh and wholesome beer, it doesn't get any better. And we've worked hard to make the BrewCo environment a great place to enjoy every sip. We serve up classic American fare and hometown flavor every day. Each dish is designed to complement our beers perfectly. Add to the mix a rich and comfortable setting, and you've got the essence of the BrewCo restaurant experience.
Amid the vintage Prohibition-Era photographs, and the sparkling steel and copper tanks, friends the world over enjoy our savory food (with a pint or two, of course). Set in an historic brick building in central Old Town Santa Barbara - our restaurant is the heart of our microbrewery.

Brewery Burger: Classic half-pound burger, grilled just the way you want it and served on our giant fresh sesame seed bun.
Bacon Cheese Burger: Crispy smoked bacon and aged cheddar cheese adorn our half-pound burger which is served on our giant sesame seed bun.
Garden Burger: 100% vegetarian patty, grilled and served on a whole wheat bun with alfalfa spouts. Add a slice of aged cheddar cheese for 50 cents more!
Monterey Chicken Sandwich: A large boneless chicken breast is grilled and topped with avocado and Pepper Jack cheese.
Grilled Chicken Sandwich: Chicken breast is grilled to perfection. Add pineapple and teriyaki for 50 cents more.
Bleu Cheese Chicken Wrap: Grilled Chicken Breast strips with garlic, fresh basil, lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, California avocado and house made Bleu cheese dressing.
Chicken Parmesan Sandwich: A large boneless Chicken breast is lightly breaded and grilled, topped with our Brew Co. marinara sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Grilled Halibut Sandwich: Fresh Halibut filet with cajun spices is grilled and served with our house-made tarter sauce on a french roll.
Blackened Chicken Sandwich: A large boneless Chicken Breast is seasoned with cajun spices and blackened. Served on a french roll.
BLTA: Crispy smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and local avocado are piled onto toasted sour-dough bread.
Turkey Burger: Fresh extra lean grilled turkey patty on a fluffy potato bun. Add a slice of aged cheddar cheese for 50 cents more!
Baby Back Pork Ribs: 1/2 rack of baby back pork ribs are marinated with our State Street Stout BBQ sauce. Served with Brewery garlic fries and house-made coleslaw.
Original Brewery Fish & Chips: Chunks of fresh halibut are coated with our own Rincon Red Ale batter and lightly fried to a golden perfection. Served with Brewery garlic fries and house-made coleslaw.
Santa Barbara Salad: A blend of locally grown mixed greens, tomato, onion, cucumber, cheese and our Brew Co. croutons (our small Caesar salad is available as well).
Ahi Tuna Steak: 9 oz. fresh center cut Ahi Tuna steak crusted with Brewery Cajun spices. Seared rare and topped with a house made Mango Chutney. Served with rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables.
Baby Back Pork Ribs: Full Rack. A large plate holds our full rack of baby back pork ribs which are marinated with our State Street Stout BBQ sauce. Served with Brewery garlic fries and house-made coleslaw. Full Rack or Half Rack.
Blackened Chicken*: A large tender boneless chicken breast is seared to perfection in our own aromatic mix of cajun seasonings.
Brewery Sirloin*: A special cut of sirloin steak marinated in our own Rincon Red ale and Brewery Teriyaki sauce........Regular. or Large.
Grilled Salmon*: Flash grilled Norwegian salmon is served with our Chef's own special sauce on the side.
Grilled Halibut*: Pan seared fresh halibut filet with special cajun seasoning. Served with house-made tarter sauce.
Seafood Pasta: Salmon, halibut, baby Langostino lobster, tomatoes, capers, fresh basil, lemon juice and white wine. Servd with Brewery garlic bread.
Original Brewery Fish & Chips Dinner: Chunks of fresh halibut are coated with our Rincon Red Ale batter and lightly fried to a golden perfection. Served with Brewery Garlic Fries and house-made coleslaw.
Santa Barbara Fish and Chips Dinner: Chunks of fresh halibut are breaded with Japanese bread crumbs and Caribbean spices. They are then lightly fried and served with tarter sauce, Brewery garlic fries and house-made cole-slaw.
*Served with your choice of Brewery garlic fries, Brewery mash potatoes or rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables after 5:00 PM and Brewery garlic fries and seasonal vegetables before 5:00 PM.
