While the bowl is the more popular choice, I think the Lobero has the best sound.

Love the bowl but I figured everyone else would vote for that so I pick Soho, I love seeing shows at Soho. I've only seen one concert at the Arlington and the sound was the worst I've ever experienced. Lots of cracking and popping, almost as if every speaker in the joint was broken. Heard good things about the Lobero, but never been there. As for another venue not listed, The Hub at UCSB, of course when I was in school there the layout was different than it is now for a show.

It's not just the sound at the Bowl, but the ambience, seeing lots of people, and more. The only drawback is parking, sometimes.

Saw Bryan Adams at the Granada and was blown away by the sound, that place is amazing and a perfect venue for him to play without his band and up on the stage alone with just his acoustic guitar. Tops all of them! Lobero was nice but very hot and stuffy! The Bowl is my #1 favorite though, it's beautiful there :)
