What "electoral reform" would that be in California, at least?
Many people with vote-by-mail ballots still believe they can mail them on election day. The deadline for certain snailmailing is the Thursday prior to the Tuesday election day, or a hand delivery to any polling place on that Tuesday.

I'm assuming the poll is referring to eliminating the electoral college. That has been discussed in CA every election year since I have been voting.

I'm not so much waiting for Election Reform but for a much better selection of qualified candidate whom I can trust to be an effective leader, have integrity, honor and respect for others. Unfortunately I am tired of having to vote for the better of the two worst and the lesser of the two evils, so yea! No vote!
