Seems like a fun idea -- but I am sure regulations will get involved and close it down.
If we keep going the way we are one day we will get to the point where you have to have a business license and pay sales tax to have people over to dinner..

Though this is from Wiki, it still gives a break-down of the subject of the Poll. I suspect that if there is a fee at these Pop-Up Restaurants, then it would fall under the Food & Safety Laws and regulations department of the City, County or even the State.
