WHAT : The Lark tributes their first year with a complimentary flute of celebratory
champagne served to every dinner guest on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 to toast their first year in the Funk Zone. Guests must be 21 years or over; those under 21 may receive a non-alcoholic beverage.

Since the Lucky Penny opened on August 6, 2013, the restaurant has become the most talked about landmark in Santa Barbara with people coming from all over the country to view the real penny exterior. Now, a year later on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, Lucky Penny will offer an anniversary pizza with seasonal ingredients celebrating the best of Santa Barbara County.

Lucky Penny also continues the “Pennies Count” contest until August 31, 2014, when the public is invited to guess the total number of real pennies used to tile the exterior of the restaurant. The “Pennies Count” winning entry guessing closest to the number of pennies used to tile the building will win a pizza party for ten guests and a Lucky Penny pizza created in their name.
