Christ Presbyterian Church is delighted to host live performance artist Thomas Clark and local musicians, The Justin Claveria Quartet on Thursday, November 6th at 36 E. Victoria Street from 5-8 pm.
The evening will showcase live performance artist, Thomas Clark. A collection of his work will be on display through out the night. Live art will begin at 6:30 pm. Thomas Clark’s art is physical and emotional as viewers experience the process of a large painting created before their eyes in under an hour. Each painting is original with bold strokes and raw energy as the art is influenced by both the music and those in attendance.
Thomas, a performance artist for over 15 years, paints and speaks across the country and abroad bringing his passion for art to concerts, fundraisers, corporate events, conferences, workshops and churches in hope that the provocative nature of his art will inspire those in attendance to open creative areas in their own hearts and minds that impels them to engage life more passionately.
The Justin Claveria Quartet is a jazz band featuring accomplished saxophonist, Justin Claveria, along with the immensely talented Kevin Fukagawa, Tom Etchart, and Donzell Davis. The band will play through out the evening from 5-8 pm.
