Green Drinks to Benefit SOL Food

LoaTree Hosts Green Drinks for SOL Food Festival
Cooking Demo, Live Music, Farm to Bar Cocktails and More!

Please join LoaTree as we host our 4th Annual Green Drinks benefit for the Sol Food Festival. Mattole Valley Naturals (130 N. Calle Cesar Chavez) will play host to this annual fundraiser on Tuesday, September 16th from 6-8pm where guests will experience a sneak peak into all the amazing things the 5th Annual SOL Food Festival has to offer!

If you like good music, great food, stellar drinks and fabulous people, then this is the night for you. Sip on a farm-to-bar cocktail while grooving to some sultry Americana provided by local favorite Adam Phillips and supporting all things Seasonal, Organic and Local (SOL).

Cost of entry is $15/person, which includes your first drink of choice and complimentary hors d’oeuvres. Entry tickets available at door only. Additional drink tickets can be purchased for only $5.

Food for Green Drinks will be provided by Kotuku Elixir Bar & Superfood Store and Isabella Gourmet Foods. Drinks will include Farm-to-Bar cocktails from Ventura Spirits mixed with Nostrum shrubs and Santa Barbara Juice Ranch’s Endless Farmer. Jun (a kombucha-like drink made with green tea and honey) will be available for samples, as will ¼-pour sample from Ventura Spirits, a Full Spectrum Green Drink Fountain from Mattole Valley Naturals and fresh brews from Rincon Brewery.

To top off the evening, local chef and food author Pascale Beale will provide a cooking demo while showcasing her popular seasonal cookbooks.

Proceeds from Green Drinks support the SOL Food Festival, a one-day community-created festival to raise awareness of the Season, Organic, and Local food systems of Santa Barbara County. The Festival is a place to connect, learn, create, network, and play our way to a brighter food future.
