MONTECITO, CA – The National Weather Service has predicted high temperatures, low humidity’s and possible local sundowner winds until midnight across the Santa Barbara South Coast, including Montecito. An elevated sense of awareness is imperative during this extreme weather situation.
In anticipation of the predicted weather event, Montecito Fire has increased staffing levels in the District of one Patrol unit, and one additional dispatcher.
Montecito residents should take this time to evaluate their preparedness levels. We recommend using the Ready! Set! Go!
