SANTA BARBARA, CA – Vitamin Angels, a 501(c)(3) charity based in Santa Barbara, launched its “Motherhood is Global” campaign on Wednesday, April 22. The campaign, which runs through Mother’s Day on May 10th, highlights the universal challenges and triumphs of motherhood through a series of photo blogs. Using stunning imagery from around the globe, the campaign intends to raise awareness for the organization and its work supporting maternal and child health through vitamin supplementation, education, and advocacy.
“While the day-to-day realities of motherhood can vary drastically from Guatemala to Malawi or Michigan, we know that every mom, no matter where she lives, can relate to certain universal aspects of motherhood,” said Sarah Gasca, Digital Marketing Manager for Vitamin Angels. “We’re excited to share glimpses of common and unique experiences from mothers around the world.”
