A new workshop series
The Fund for Santa Barbara is pleased to announce a series of sessions designed to help you successfully advance your social change organization’s mission. The goals of the program are to give you a set of tools you can use to address a wide range of issues, both in the internal management of your organization and staff as well as externally with constituents and donors. This series can also provide accessible and affordable professional development for you and your staff. The program draws on the latest research and best practices in organizational development, leadership, management, and the human sciences. Each module explores a different topic with hands-on application activities. Sessions are led by seasoned professionals who are experts in their field and who are committed to social justice.
